The flowers went to my sister in law in El Cajon, Ca. We are in Oregon. At first we were shocked at the add on taxes, etc. Came back to the site when a $14.99 charge was dropped. Fromyouflowers contacted us to say that they would be delivered the next day instead of the same day, and would that be okay with a 15% discount. Don't know if we got that or not. But would be very nice. My sister in law is very pleased and that is what counts!
Same day service was great & online coupons available to remove the $14.99 service fee, which makes their service even more affordable. I'd use this website again in the future!

I payed an additional $4.99 to have it delivered within (4) hours, it was delivered in about 8-9 hours. Although my fee was refunded the party that this was supposed to be delivered to wasn't there to receive it. By the time it came I was home from work and received it myself to give to her. Other than that it was not bad, the price was a little high but the quality was good.
Twice - I used them (one year apart - thinking the first time was a fluke) Exact same thing, after receiving confirmation of my delivery - I learned it was NEVER made. I call the company who contacted the florist who claimed they could not get the delivery out - but promised to right away... GET The REFUND! Do Not trust them at all!
Fast, easy and reasonable pricing..
Paid for flowers, a teddy bear and chocolates. Paid for the same day delivery and got called 4 days in a row telling me it won't make it. It took 5 days from when I ordered to make it to the destination.
They didn't have the large bear so I guess they gave us more flowers was the deal. The flower arrangement looked nothing like the picture with a mixture of flowers to include sunflowers, but she still liked what she got thankfully. Overall not a bad experience, and I'll definitely order this way again. Much better price and much better delivery options :)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
