It was easy to place an order but we were very disappointed in the size of the vase and flowers once they arrived. That looked more like we had spent $15 as opposed to $50. Would not order from this site again
I liked the ease of it but I didn't like that if I wanted to change my note that I had to restart the whole process. I have never sent flowers so I hope this works.
Paid for early delivery and they did not receive them until after 2 pm.
You advertise same day delivery but then there is a 2.99 fee in addition to the an expensive handling fee. I still feel $14.99 plus $2.99 makes a hefty price tag.

Lots of fun
Somehow the deliver to city was different in order than it was on confirmation. I assume this is what cause the delay in delivery. Costumer service took care of my concern though.
The arrangement I saw was nothing alike to the one delivered. Absolutely unacceptable.
Web site is fairly easy to navigate. This was the first time with it. No problems. Did fail to read the instructions and made a mistake. My fault. It's all good. No need to follow up we will hear from the recipient.
