Thank you to the Lady manager for helping me with my first order I never got,she called the hospital there was no order,the cant find it.The lady made up for the trouble and updated the order.I saw it on facetime today when it was deliverd.Thank you for beeing so kind and help be.
The flowers my girlfriend received were of very poor quality. The white daisys were wilted around the edges and the roses had dead spots in them. All in all I wanted to send my girlfriend flowers because I have been out of town working for quite some time and wantedidn't to do something to cheer her up and dead and wilted flowers is what I got so thank you for ruining that. I can almost certainly say I will never order from this sight again and I would never recommend your sight to my friendsaid and loved ones.
Timeline was not kept. I had to call several times to find out why my order was not delivered in the time window that was promised. Delivery was a little over 2 hours late.
The personalized vase was amazing. The flowers were a little disappointing.
I paid an extra $4.99 for expedited shipping of "sympathy" flowers because my best friends mom had just passed. Not only did we not get them within four hours, but 6. Melanie C responded to my email and refunded me the $4.99. After another almost two hours I emailed again and received an email from someone saying that they shipped at 1:30 PM which is completely untrue. When Melanie emailed me around 2 she confirmed they still had not shipped yet. Not sure why someone would email me that?
I'm not satisfied at all with my experience. I actually could have hand delivered at the same time they were delivered, which would've saved me half the price and aggravation. To refund me only $4.99 is bogus. ESPECIALLY after the email I got saying they were delivered at 1:30 PM. Slap in the face during this tough time. I really should be refunded the entire shipping costs. I will not shop with you guys again and will spread the word.

Shipping and Handling seems high
I was pleasantly surprised that such a beautiful dish garden was delivered. I've had experiences in the past ordering online, only to be disappointed with what the local florist actually produced.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
