Same day delivery was canceled at 3pm then the surprise was ruined because they sent an email of how to care for your flowers to my girlfriend the night they were supposed to be delivered. So she knew before she got the arrangement the next day
My order was delivered a day late without anyone contacting me to let me know it was delayed.
The service was excellent as i am in England and did not give a U.S. phone number got email, some flowers unavailable but we're substituted and I was informed, delivery was on time. Overall satisfied customer will use again

Ordered same day delivery. The order did not arrive until the next day. When i called that around 6 pm on the same day the shop had closed at 5 and you could not get a hold of them. I will not be using your service again.

I haven't seen the flowers as I sent them to Pittsburgh. Yet, they called me on 1/29 and said they couldn't deliver them as promised on that day, but would it be okay if they took them the next day, 1/30 and I said yes, that would be perfect as that was her actual birthday! It all worked out beautifully!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
