I re-ordered again on 2/8 and that order was wrong. It didn't deliver on 2/12 as scheduled and when it was delivered the balloons were missing. I called and I got ANOTHER credit, that I'm not going to spend any additional money with this company and I would really just like a refund! The items you display on your website is NOTHING like what is delivered - which to me, is false advertisement and is NOT fair to your consumers
Awful experience... The "guaranteed" 4 hours took 6 1/2. I called 3-4 time and was flat out lied to by the florist who claimed the roses were delivered when they weren't. This was on the news of my fiancée finding out that we had lost a child, which made it twice as bad. I ordered at 9:30 am and the flowers weren't delivered til 5 pm after she had already left for work.
Very easy to order on line...looking forward to the recipient receiving bouquet and taking a pic to forward to me.
I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement as compared to the on line picture they advertised.
I felt my shopping experience was extremely easy. I clicked on a coupon link and within a few minutes my order was complete. I chose the rushed delivery (I think four hours) and before lunch my wife had her flowers and teddy bear.
No advantage over shopping directly with FTD.com. I only completed this purchase today because I had an Amex discount code. Otherwise, it would have cost less and been easier on FTD.com.
Also, from FTD, the flowers would have been fresh from a local florist. These flowers were the same FTD flowers, but had been shipped and stored cold. So, everything was limp and wilty, and they only lasted about a day and half before they looked terrible.

Paid extra for same day. Wasnt there on time. When I called customer service. The woman was very nice and said she would upgrade my order to make up for it, when it got there at the end of the day as she was leaving it was still the same medium one I ordered. I wont be using you guys again. Sorry
Balloons were deflated within just a few hours. Received another balloon bouquet from someone else that last 2 days before balloons started to deflate. For $63.00 they should last a bit longer.
I had the hardest time finding a florist who would deliver on 2/9. I'm thrilled that I found a beautiful bouquet that could be delivered on my mother's birthday.

The flowers I sent were no better than a small Walmart bouquet, only I paid four times as much. I was actually embarrassed at how small the arrangement was, and at the cheap flowers which were used. I called immediately to complain and was offered a 20% refund. I won't ever order from this place again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
