The only negative comment I'd have is that I didn't receive any kind of confirmation that my order had been delivered. I am out of state and this was a gift. Thank goodness I received a call from my friend otherwise I wouldn't have known.
Fast and easy. It was very important to me that my wife received the flowers that day and on time, because i was out of the country and with no access to a phone or internet. It was my wife's birthday and i could not call her on that day, therefore it was crucial that the flowers made it. You guys were fantastic! She commented that the delivery guy was very cool! That meant a lot to me. Thank you!
Your customer service needs improvement. Also to help the sender git confirmation providing the local florist bring used will help.

I ordered/paid same day delivery of condolence plant - delivered following day without explanation or notification. I discovered the error when I received 'e' on delivery. Contacted fyf received apology and promise of extra delivery cost refund. If delivery could not have been made same day I should have been notified so alternate arrangements could have been made. It was a time sensitive order the refund of added delivery charge was no compensation for this error. I would not recommend or use this company again.
After I had placed my order, the florist called to tell me they did not have what I ordered. They substituted a nice arrangement. However, it would have been nice to know the option was not available BEFORE I made the purchase.

This was the worst thing I have ever been through! I could not talk to anyone about where my order was. And it was delivered late.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
