When I placed order, expected to be delivered exactly the same as on the picture. But unfortunately disappointed that my sister received flowers not even close as shown as on the website. So what I paid for, especially choose deluxe type but what my sister received it looks like just imitation as on the website flower photo. For sure will not recommend your site.

I ordered on Tuesday, April 7, for same day. Didn't arrive until after I complained several times, until Thursday, April 9 at 5 pm. They didn't look much like the bouquet I ordered on line. I called the customer service line, and was on hold for 20 minutes. I wanted these flowers for my Mom who has Alzherimer's on Tuesday. Same day guarantee as per your site. The rep said she would refund me my delivery fee...which turned out to be only $3.18? Seriously? 2 days late, not exactly as I ordered. Supposed to be same day delivery. I think a FULL refund is in order. I will also write the BBB and report the same to them. Sad - that I can't trust a company to come through as they advertise. Not a good thing. *******373 Not a happy customer.

I have used fromyouflowers.com many times, was very pleased every time, but once, when the flowers were not delivered on Valentine's Day. Contacting their customer service, I was refunded without any hassle. I have used them since, and pleased with their flowers and service.

I would like some type of reimbursement because I received the flowers and they were a quarter of the size displayed on the website and one of the plants didn't even have the flowers in out that was on the website listing. If I could get some type of reimbursement it would be greatly appreciated.
