I ordered my mom flowers for her birthday. I paid extra to have delivered early, before 12pm. They arrived after 3pm. My mom leaves work at 3:30pm. Very upsetting and customer service was no help!
I felt that the delivery charge is to high. If anything it should be included in the price of the bouquet so that there is no surprise at checkout.
Since I'm out of town for work I decided to send my family BEAUTIFUL flowers so they would think of me. Absolutely GORGEOUS.
