The flowers were not delivered on the date requested. I received a phone call form a customer service representative on the evening of the day the delivery was to be made. He apologized for the error and offered a note of apology to the recipient and an upgrade. The flowers were delivered the next day, but they did not seem to be upgraded nor very fresh in appearance.

The order was skimpy and much smaller than I would have ever expected based on item description, pictures and price. It was grossly overpriced. Not likely to order again as first time was not favorable.
