I got the wrong flower arrangement delivered, it was still beautiful and my friend still loved it so I didn't bother calling and complaining. But I didn't receive the correct arrangement.

Well, I ordered Saturday early afternoon with the hopes of getting the delivery same day. Due to the weather it had to be rescheduled for the next day. The person who helped on Saturday evening was a splendid person who was able to refund my same day fee, as well as give me a certificate for a future purchase for the inconvenience. The following day I called and the person I spoke with wasn't as knowledgeable as the one from the previous day. She couldn't tell me whether my order was on route to be delivered or if it was delayed again. Although kind, was not very helpful. Luckily, my order was delivered and while the person who it was for loved it, I couldn't help but notice some of the flowers (I believe they were lily's) pictured on the webpage weren't in the arrangement, and had been replaced with roses. That is why I gave the rating I did. I think some of your staff should be trained on how to adequately answer questions in regards to order statuses, and the flowers should ALWAYS match the ones you order from the webpage.
I received my order two days early at my home address when they were supposed to be delivered to a work address. I was able to choose the option of delivery to navy base only to find out they couldn't go on base. Ruined the whole birthday surprise and wasted my money.

I ordered one bouquet and a totally different bouquet was delivered. Although the bouquet was gorgeous I would like to have been notified that what I ordered was not in stock and given a choice as to where my money was going. It would have been the professional thing to do.

My wife said some of the flowers were wilted. Upon check out I was disappointed about the surprise of the extra expensive charge of $15.00 for handling and delivery. Why should it cost that much for such a service when gas is done considerably and handling flowers? The reason I should not be buying flowers online for quite a while. This just was an emergency situation.
They look nice on line. I hope they look as good in person. I haven't seen them but they were supposed to be all pink with carnations r andoses and daisys. My Mom said it was pink and yellow with some green and there were no carnations. Pink is her favorite color. She is 87 years old so I don't know how true it is. So I can't complain. I did like shopping with you and how easy it was but I hope my Mom was wrong. Thank You Gail
I was hoping to receive an email notification when the flowers were actually delivered. Other than that, I am a very happy customer.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
