Flowers from one bouquet were beautiful but you have different selection for instance deluxe with no indication of the size of bouquet ordered for instance and differences of upgrades.
The other was sent back. It was a complete cheap version if the one ordered that could be valued 9.99! The second was nice but still not matching the description. For instance there was no flower outside and he was not as modern as in the picture very girlish not what seen in the picture. Roses this time had nice tall stem respect the others that were only 10'' tall instead.
If it was a present I would have been extremely disappointed., I would not have seen it, so I would have spent 100$ for a 9:99$ bouquet making me look cheap.
I will use the service only if I just wanted the flower pictured no the total design.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
