I specifically wanted sunflowers and was told by the recipient that it wasn't sunflowers at all. The arrangement was beautiful but not what I ordered.

It has been super! So I'm told. If youall review the order, you'll find that it went not to me but to one of my daughters in NH. I didn't learn that it was received until late in the day, which was a bit disturbing----not your fault, however. She was quite pleased and said that the flowers were beautiful.
I wish there was a way to see an estimated service fee earlier in the purchasing process. I had a budget in mind and went past it because I forgot to include the fee. I don't have an issue with the fee, but it would have been better to know before getting to one of the final payment pages. Otherwise, the flowers were great, and it was a smooth purchase and delivery. Thanks!
I ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter who is enrolled in the police academy in S.C. When the flowers arrived they notified her to come to the front desk. She was so surprised! She called me to let me know how beautiful, bright and cheerful the bouquet was. There's not much color going on at the academy so not only did the flowers brighten her day, but also put a little sunshine in others' day. Thank you fromyouflowers for bringing some sunshine to my daughter.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
