The local flower shop did a Beautiful arrangement. All thou being I ordered more than a week in advance. Flowers did not arrive until after 7pm. Maybe the Covid-19?
I paid extra money for a different base and didn't get it.
Final price misleading because the final price defaults to the second price point and if you pay through paypal you can't change your order.

Extremely disappointed with our experience. Deliveries were changed and late. One delivery never made it and their help support was a waste of time. We have very special, important deliveries and will never get this moment back again... which was ruined by this Company.
It went from $20 in cost to over $55 with the same product. You have a lot of Underlying costs and it's ridiculous
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
