Delivery was not executed as initially promised though an apology was made to the recepient and delivery made next day. CS seemed to be working to make it happen and ease the frustration.

I was extremely unsatisfied as I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers and the bouquet only contained one sunflower the rest was filler flowers, additionally my bouquet was a lemonade theme and came in a lemonade pitcher, it was supposed to contain lemon slices as an accent to tie the theme together. However there were no lemon slices in the bouquet either. I was extremely disappointed to the point that I will never order from your website again.
