The first problem was that, what I paid for is not what the recipient received. I was contacted by your customer service person, telling me that the florist in my area did not have the arrangement I purchased...but they were supposed to do an arrangement very similar to my purchase. Why in the world would the site offer something that the florist in any area can't do?!?! On top of this problem, the florist didn't deliver it on the day it was supposed to be delivered! I have used this site before and was pretty pleased...after this experience, I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SITE AGAIN!

Received a call from fromyouflowers.com rep stating that the florist didn't have the white daisy's and could they substitute carnations. I said yes. My mom posted a picture of them on facebook so I could see them,
They were ok but did not look as pretty as the picture with daisy's. Your rep also stated the they were refunding the expedited delivery fee and sending me a $15 coupon to use at a later time. Very happy with customer service. But flowers were so so.
The guaranteed early delivery that I paid extra for was 2 hrs late and my wife almost did not get her flowers for our anniversary. The 4.99 for express delivery was refunded but i think a bigger coupon could have been given to me to make it up to me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
