Actually, what I was looking for was a religious throw; either one with the poem "Footprints" or an angel or something like that. I've seen them a lot in funeral homes and they make such nice gifts for the family to take home. This might be something to consider for the future. I was very happy with what I saw on your website.

I recently paid for an order an was told I would receive the order the next day, I ordered and missed same day delivery by an hour, I called because I was told that they had not been delivered yet, so I called and was told the order was supposed to be delivered Monday the 23rd at the end of the day, and I ordered them on the Thursday 19th, they aren't going to be as fresh as next day delivery, as I paid for. If I pay for next day delivery, I expect it next day. I feel as though I should get some kind of compensation or at least my money back. The point of my order was that it was supposed to be sent while I was away, and I will be back at that time. If I receive no compensation or anything you will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Also I had horrible customer service.

The first delivery of the basket was very disappointing, but after contacting the customer service department my order issue was fixed within 24 hours. Very Good department!
