It was very easy and fast to order on your website. The longest part was making up my mind as to what I wanted. Actually, what I was looking for was a religious throw; either one with the poem "Footprints" or an angel or something like that. I've seen them a lot in funeral homes and they make such nice gifts for the family to take home. This might be something to consider for the future. I was very happy with what I saw on your website.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
