Everything was great, except for the fact that the guy called the person I was ordering flowers for and asked where the address was three hours before delivery. This pretty much ruined the surprise so I was kind of upset about that.
The flowers were well received from my friend. She had only nice things to say about the quality of the flowers and the arrangement.
Fast delivery and exactly as ordered
The website was very easy to navigate, however I paid more for expedited delivery because I was sure my mom would be home the first part of the day for the surprise. I soon found out I was dealing with a third party vendor as the"client" did not get my order I placed at almost 10am until 12 lunchtime and did not deliver to my mother's until going on 5:30 in the evening. Customer service was so polite with figuring out what was going on, however, the flower shop was hard to get in touch with at times and then when they were reached about 2 something, they would only continue to say the truck has gone out and they were unsure about any deliveries. The flower cake looked absolutely nothing like the picture I was paying $80 for although it had the same flowers. I would tell my mom I was on the way pretty much all day trying to keep her home for the delivery.it really was just the worst experience ever and for the price I was paying I really did expect better.
This was a gift for a friend, and she sent me an email thanking me so I know they arrived in a timely fashion.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
