I ordered one flower arrangement for my mother for same day delivery on her birthday and they sent a cheap wilted arrangement that wasn't even the same flowers. I did contact customer service,and they are sending what I actually ordered. But I will not know when they will arrive. Which can be a problem with it being below freezing some days.
Great flowers and the shopping order was easy to follow.
Overall, very satisfied. In my mind the biggest test was going to be the flowers and the arrangement. My wife loved them and all the girls in the office loved them. That was good enough for me. Thanks.
