Easy quick and good prices
Just hope product ordered match picture. Product delivered was minute, not worth the paid price.
The flowers received were very pretty, but it was not the same arrangement I ordered. The predominant colors in the arrangement I chose, Iris Fantasy, was light purples, deep blues, light green roses in a light green cubed vase. The delivered arrangement was dark purple and pink flowers in a dark purple cubed vase. Although very pretty, I am disappointed because I took a lot of time to select this gift and was specifically trying to stay away from the standard pink combinations and standard greenery. I certainly understand that the florist may not have had the same flowers and/or color combination, but this was not even close to the picture. Iris Fantasy was a beautiful and very unusual combination. I would have preferred to have been contacted regarding the change. Perhaps I would have chosen something different. For those reasons alone, I would give the product 3 plus stars.

My aunt texted me when she received the flowers. She gushed about their beauty and the 'perfect peacock ribbon'! This after major surgery that required the amputation of a limb less then 24 hours earlier! They must have made a big impact on her!
It has been easy to use and a great selection
Ordered flowers for delivery to my wife at work and they didn't get there till 730 pm well after she left. That was the only down side to ordering online
My friend to whom I sent the flowers called to say how beautiful and fresh the flowers were. It was delivered at Noon on the day I requested. She said the Get Well balloon was such a nice touch and that it was very big. I was pleasantly surprised at that, since the picture on the computer made the mylar balloon seem small. I am very very pleased that I selected your flowers rather than some other florists that I looked at on the internet.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
