I picked the arrangement specifically for the vase pictured. The florist substituted a boring, clear glass vase. The picture my friend showed me showed a very messy arrangement I could've done myself with only some of the flowers pictured.
Very upsetting.
Customer service gal refunded the cost of the boring vase and sent me a $10 credit, but I'm only going to use it on something I don't care about b/c this experience put me off the entire notion of ordering flowers on-line. I lucked out that my friend texted me a thank you pic so I got to see the final product. Who knows how many other times I've ordered flowers and they were not at all as pictured?

They were delivered an hour late and the flower did not look like the picture they lilys were small and wilted. Very disappointed for the price I paid!

The recipient has not received the order yet, so I can't speak for the quality. However, the web site was easy to use and the descriptions were helpful.
I was promised same day delivery which I pad for however that did not happen. I called the following day and the delivery happened that day late in the afternoon! I got a refund on the delivery charge, an upgrade on the flower arrangement and a $10 gift card for next shopping.
My friend who got the flowers said they were beautiful but 1 day late.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
