I was very pleased with my order, and that the floral arrangement arrived in a beautiful vase! The arrangement was purchased for a friend for her Birthday, and she was very surprised and pleased with the delivery!

Not sure what I can said since I was not the receiver
The actual flowers were much smaller looking than the picture. One of the white roses were brown around the all the edges and wilted. This was basically delivered 5-6 p.m. and we were there to see them at 6.20 p.m. For 63 dollars, I feel I could have gotten something better.

I ordered a blush bouquet and the flowers where orange and other bright colors. I ordered the blush, because it is her favorite color. Bouquet was not what I ordered from picture.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
