Very skimpy and cheap arrangement received. NOT like the picture I saw when ordering. Missing a few stems, paid a premium price for less than average flowers. Very upset at what was sent. A lousy birthday gift these were. Very embarrassed. Don't buy from this site, the local "florists" they use really suck.

First of all, don't tell me what I can write in a review. Secondly, I would have given 0 star ratings for each question, if the survey allowed. I am reporting your company to BBB for false advertising & exceptionally poor customer service. If you want courteous comments, give customers what was pictured & promised on the website.
My experience was good
The shipping and handling charge was outrageous. I agreed to pay a ridiculous price for what I purchased but the shipping and handling was the straw that will make this camel not come back for a reorder.
