I thought there would be more flowers, not greenery.
I have been trying to order these darn flowers for 3 darn days. I start by clicking REGULAR and that was around29 and when all is said and done the price jumps to34? Before shipping and taxes?!? How is this possible? If these flowers are as bad as the shrubbery that was sent to my mother I will be definitely taking my business elsewhere.
My mother was thrilled with the flowers, and the vase. She couldn't get over how beautiful they were. Thank you, and we will order form you again. This was our first experience with your company.

The flowers arrived late. I paid for a before 10:30 delivery but the were not delivered until 2 or after. I didn't call because I became extremely I'll the day they were delivered. The flowers we ok looking, but never fully opened and the petels are already browning severally.

I call c.s because I did not receive any confirmation as to the status of the order and I had paid for expedited service by 12pm. They attempted to call the flower shop twice with no response. I eventually confirmed receipt of the flowers from the recipient. She stated she was there all morning, left about 1pm and returned to find the flowers in the vase in front of the door, without wrapping/protection. Thank goodness the note was on the flowers. Your site stated that the flower may call the the number on file but she did not receive a call from the flower shop. I know the your company is not responsible for other peoples actions, but it doesnt help when your subcontractors arent up to par.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
