It was easy to browse through the website and pick flowers to send to my friend for her birthday. The prices were very good too. My friend called me Sunday to thank for me the flowers. They arrived in the morning and she said they were beautiful. I will definitely order flowers from them again!
I was offered early delivery for a small fee, I rejected and still they delivered very early with a great timing. Just the kind of service i expected.

In the picture I chose, the flowers were blue. Upon arrival, they were purple. Not a big deal, they were gorgeous, but if I had been dead set on the color sequence, I would have been very disappointed. I understand sometimes the options are not always available locally, but this should be expressed to the customer to MAKE SURE it's okay with them first.

Great so far. The flowers are very reasonable. I just hope they are beautiful when they arrive. There was supposed to be blue flowers in the arrangement but was purple when they delivered them.
First time tryin from them and will definitely use them in future
I had ordered them by 9am. Paid the extra for them to be delivered that day, was hoping they would have arrived by 5pm. Contatcted the florist about 6:30 pm, they had not arrived yet. Was asked to contact them if they were not recieved by 7 pm. They were recieved about 7:20pm. All the people I had phone contact with, including the delivery man were very courteous and polite. The arragement was perfect! Overall, exellent experience, will definatley use again.
The contact with customer service was due to a substitution of flowers in my order which I at first didn't like. These flowers were for my sister's 50th birthday and I wanted them to be perfect. As it turns out, the local florist that fulfilled the order substituted flowers that made the "birthday cake" arrangement perfect! My sister loves yellow roses and after I had already placed my order, I saw another arrangement with daisies and a yellow rose but it was too late to change my order. The local florist ended up using daisies and a yellow rose, just like the arrangement I saw after I had ordered. My sister was very happy which makes me very happy!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
