I would have liked to be able to give special instructions such as sending a Lily in bloom since recipient broke her kneecap on her 60th birthday. I wanted to send 1 Birthday and 1 get well balloon and say to leave at apt. Door but that wasn't an option so I ust sent 1 Myler and 2 purple balloons. Turns out the guy didn't leave the plant at the door and had to mae a second trip after my sister called. By the time I called, he had made the delivery.Thanks for asking for feedback.

The item I ordered was to have orange lilies and orange roses. It came with pink roses instead, and all of the flowers were on one side of the vase, and my "premium" level flowers were not nearly as nice as even the mid grade that were pictured.
My granddaughter lives far away and I have to miss a lot of her special moments. I sent her flowers for her performance in a school program, which were supposed to arrive before the performance. I got a call that they would not be delivered until the next day - bit of an anticlimax. You upgraded and gave me a coupon, which was at least an effort to remedy the situation, but not a solution.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
