There is nothing wrong with your customer service but your quality of flowers are appalling. The lilies ordered were not open and it looked like Ray Charles did the arrangement. Also a typed message is so impersonal but I guess it's better than looking like someone's child wrote it. Your company is in business to provide a service to people's loved ones and the arrangement that was sent looks exactly like you do not care. For the price your customers pay your company needs to find some care somewhere. I will know next time to use a local florist. At least this way they won't be delivered in a box.
Flowers for my wife on her birthday. Delivered early (works best for her as a school teacher). She tells me they are beautiful.
The website was easy to navigate and clear with images and prices. I had an issue (error on my part) where part of my recipient's address was missing and when I contacted customer service via email, it was promptly corrected. I was pretty impressed with that! The recipient was very happy with the bouquet that she got and matched the picture that I had picked out. All and all very satisfied and would use this service again.

The item was described as having a pink bow on the basket. The candy basket came wrapped in a blue bag with a pink ribbon. This is not what I expected from the description. We added a planter bow of our own before gifting.
Have to go through all the form to find out there is a15 service charge. I think that is at least5 to high.

You should provide a special instructions box. IE, my wife doesn't like lillies, but I could not explain that anywhere in the order process.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
