I was disappointed with the vase that was used, not at all like the picture presented. Flowers appeared to be a bit skimpy as well...again, not really what the photo presented.

Quite easy, customer friendly site. The order that was send didn't look anything like the picture, the colors or the size. It was very disappointing.I specifically was looking for an Orange theme, this bouquet came up, and she was sent white, with speckles of orange, and deep fuchsia flowers. It was a very easy site to order from - when my order couldn't deliver on a Sunday the staff left a courteous message voicemail and email. The flowers though - I was very dissapointed. It really looked like leftovers put in a vase. This was for a memorial service so I was embarressed.

Quick and precise delivery
I recepient received the flowers yesterday 04:30pm, two hrs late even I paid $5:00 to expedite the delivery less the 4hrs. Consequently the recipient already left her work place.
The flowers are usually beautiful and fresh, I just hate that they have to assemble them.
This time my friend did not have to assemble them, which was great, can you tell me why she did the last time, but not this time?

I was very excited to order flowers for my mother for mother's day. When she sent me the picture it wasn't like the picture that I ordered. The item I ordered stated that it would have a number of flowers including Hot Pink Matsumoto Asters, instead my mother received almost a dark purple color carnations. Carnations to me are cheap flowers and totally took away from the rest of the arrangement. I wouldn't have purchased this arrangement had the arrangements included the carnations. The arrangement on the website is also very round and packed together, my mothers arrangement looks like someone just threw flowers together and added what looks like weeds as a filler. I will definitely go directly to the florist to purchase flowers from now on, you really don't get what you pay for.
