Excellent Service and i will recommend to others. Might be a good idea to advertise on a larger scale, maybe a TV commercial could generate more customers in Australia as your products are reasonably priced.

I originally gave my experience 5 stars, however, I changed my ratings dramatically after my shipping experience. When I filled out the shipping information, I paid for the early shipping before 1 p.m. because the gift was for someone who was leaving in the afternoon. The flowers arrived at 2 p.m., and completely defeated the purpose of the gift. Extremely disappointed.

I love how streamlined and easy it was to navigate the products. I was also blown away by the amount of same day options you had, not even some of the big online providers could compare. I will be sharing this experience as long as the quality of the flowers is great.

After delivery report:
The lilies didn't even look close to blooming, the other flowers looked sick and weak. I understand I ordered same day, but my wife deserves better than the remains in the bucket as a surprise gift.

There was a nice variety...its a little deceiving to see 20% off use a code 11G and when you get to the purchasing section the original price shown is already at your 11G pricing.
I received a picture of the plant I ordered for delivery, and thought it didn't look professionally finished. The bow was an oversized ugly brown color, and the fresh flowers were three over-sized carnations, different colors, and the water feeders were visible. I can see flower bunches or carnations in a cluster but these were just jabbed in around the plant. Kinda crazy looking and who uses brown ribbon? Wish we had options and that it looked like the photo.

Easy to use web site. I had tried some others and hit a brick wall. The flowers for our kids wedding g anniversary were gorgeous and cost effective. I am very pleased. Highly recommend.

I would have given all 5 stars except I was extremely disheartened by the additional14.99 Service fee that was added on without explanation on the final order. That is not good customer service. It is not mentioned ANYWHERE, it is just added in after you enter your payment info. Very dissatisfied.

The arrangement was pretty. Not sure why I could get 12 or 18 roses with same-day service but not 24.

Not sure the delivery actually occurred in the 4 hour timeframe I paid extra for.
