Simple and quick. Delivered as promised.
Easy and very pleasant
I ordered $67 bouquet from this site. Here is my experience:
1. They did not provide order confirmation
2. They did not deliver the $5 balloon they charged for
3. The bouquet size was very small
4. When I contacted the customer service they made no attempt to contact the delivery person to check if the balloon was delivered
5. They looked at the picture that I sent them and told me that they are able to see the ribbon to which balloon must be tied
6. When I sent them another picture they told we are sorry and will give $5 back.
7. When I told I want it to be delivered, they simply refused.
I am very dissatisfied with the service and quality of products that were delivered. I do not recommend this to anyone.
Product was delivered in the evening. I did do 3 followups to confirm order will be delivered.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from you and the 3 rd time they were not delivered on time. Then I have as told I would be upgraded to a larger arrangement and then saw the picture I was offended by what was sent if that was the larger size.

The flowers received was nothing like the picture and missing flowers and their was a purple ribbon instead of rafia not at all what i paid for i could have gotten a bunch of daisies at the local grocery store if thats what i wanted
I have used fromyouflowers.com before and chosen the Florist Design Bouquet option. Previous orders were beautiful, an absolutely phenomenal value for the flowers provided. Those orders were actually purchased as the "Regular" selection and both the recipients and I were completely blown away by the quality and quantity of flowers provided. THIS order was chosen as the "Premium" selection, and the arrangement delivered was staggeringly pathetic. The arrangement had very few flowers and they did NOT appear fresh or in any way striking. I would not have paid the "Regular" price for them out of a grocery store much less the "Premium" price for them that I gave. I am beyond disappointed and I feel that my recipient was underwhelmed by the arrangement, hardly the impact I intended.

I originally gave my experience 5 stars, however, I changed my ratings dramatically after my shipping experience. When I filled out the shipping information, I paid for the early shipping before 1 p.m. because the gift was for someone who was leaving in the afternoon. The flowers arrived at 2 p.m., and completely defeated the purpose of the gift. Extremely disappointed.
I love how streamlined and easy it was to navigate the products. I was also blown away by the amount of same day options you had, not even some of the big online providers could compare. I will be sharing this experience as long as the quality of the flowers is great.
After delivery report:
The lilies didn't even look close to blooming, the other flowers looked sick and weak. I understand I ordered same day, but my wife deserves better than the remains in the bucket as a surprise gift.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
