The pricing is a little misleading. A $20 arrangement really costs $40+ to ship. Not a bad deal as far as flower deliveries go, but just not the "Send flowers the same day for $20" as advertised.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
