A little high for service
Good, but I paid 4.99 additional fee for expedited delivery but the flowers were not delivered until 5:30 pm. This is not a complaint. The recipient was completely delighted with the flowers and balloons! I was very pleased that it made her happy (which made me happy). I just don't want to unnecessary charges if possible.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
