I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my best friend's 30th birthday. I placed the order in the morning and was told they would be delivered that same day (which was her actual birthday, a Friday). I received a call from the company at 5PM that the local florist could not deliver the flowers in time, and I was receiving an upgraded bouquet to be sent the next day and a same-day fee refund ($2.99). The next day, a Saturday, I received another call that there were no local florists open to make the delivery, so the flowers would go out on Monday. They gave me a discount and proceeded with the upgraded bouquet. I was SO disappointed that the flowers didn't arrive on time, and I really hope they are able to fix that part of the service. However, keeping in contact with me, and offering upgrades and discounts was a very exceptional way to handle the situation. My friend received her flowers on Monday and was thrilled with how beautiful they were. Overall, everything turned out fine and because of the way they handled their mistake, I will probably order from them again. Also keep in mind that above the price of the bouquets, there are many additional fees that change the price quite a bit.

For the price I paid they were just a little on the bare side. When you spend that kind of money you want to be wowed just a little bit more. The recipient enjoyed them though so thats what matter the most.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
