Flowers were for my sister...birthday.
She was very please with them and sent a pic via text. The flowers and balloon looked great. Y'all did a great job with them.
Was not what was ordered called and got 2nd delivery still not correct
The flowers I ordered for Mrs. Tanner were in a small pot, when I ordered a floor plant, deluxe. What I ordered and paid for, was not delivered. Also, was advised by the deceased daughter, that there were no blooms on this plant. It was leafy, yes, but blooms were brownish! This is very embarrassing!
My delivery was guaranteed for Friday, May 29th in the morning (I paid for rush delivery, within 4 hours). I was never contacted that the delivery was not going to make it there on time until I found out from the recipient that there was no delivery. It was supposed to be a surprise.
I rescheduled for Monday delivery and the customer service folks were helpful in that aspect, though I should have received a notice that the flowers were not going to be delivered by the promise timed. They were just going to deliver them that day, which would have meant they would have sat outside the door for the entire weekend. Luckily I caught the issue myself and rescheduled.
The Flowers were beautiful, however, the not was spelled incorrectly "Your" instead or "You're" as I specified. And the handwriting was sloppy.
Flowers didn't look the same as in photo, but I guess that can't be helped.

Overall my personal experience has been frustrating with Customer Service, the slow response for refund or questions re: delivery, etc. However I believe it depends on whom you speak with. I think once the kinks are worked out with rude, inept service, it will improve greatly. I also believe that it all depends on what florist you have contracts with throughout the state of your customers, to the degree of quality of their orders, with both quality, delivery. If you strive for the best florists, you will have more customers who will be repeat customers and your overall rating will increase. So far, you take your chances with whether or not the arrangement is as you see, the quality and whether you are buying that or a thrown together bouquet of whatever by inexperienced "florists", etc. I've stayed a customer for now and have seen some improvements.hope it continues to improve in the quality of service customers deserve. Aim for 5 Stars..

I ordered flowers for my God Daughters graduation and went to several online flower delivery services but kept on coming back to your site and ordered them from you. My God daughter received the flowers and was so surprised. She said they were beautiful. Thank you for making her graduation day that much brighter.

Was for a friend whose sister had just died. She sent me a picture and the backet of plants was just like the advertised image. Delivered right on time and my friend was so pleased with it.
Second time I've requested flowers to be delivered the same day and I've received a call that they would be unable to deliver until the following day.
I paid extra for the deluxe flowers as well, they were very pretty but I was expect more flowers and less filler greens.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
