The arrangement was very pretty and arrived when I requested. This was my second experience ordering from this website and have been pleased each time.

I paid to have the flowers delivered the same day and they were delivered the following day. They did not look fresh and have not lasted very long. I would expect them to last longer than 5 days. It appears that they sat on a truck overnight instead of being delivered same day.
Before ordering and up until the final step of the process the $14.99 handling charge was never mentioned unless it was in the small print and I missed it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
