Everything was very easy to find. I sent the red and pink roses to a friend for her birthday. She loved them but in the picture they were a light pick and the contrast was pretty, but the pink roses that came were a dark pink and they looked almost the same color as the red. Otherwise, the roses were very pretty.

The plant I ordered looked a lot difference from the plant that I saw delivered at the funeral home. I was a little disappointed as it was smaller and in a basket and not the pot I saw on-line. The plant didn't looke too bad; however, just wasn't what I expected. I gave it 4-stars; however, it was more like 3 1/2 stars. Thanks.

I wanted it delivered on a Saturday but they called saying most florists were closed that day. It was delivered on Monday instead. They were very nice about it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
