So far is was quick an easy
I paid extra to have my arrangement delivered in the morning. I wanted it there when the family came for their private viewing. It was not. It did not arrive until around noon when the service was starting.

It is so easy
I purchased these flowers as a surprise for someone special for a specific day/event. Initially I was thrilled that I was able to find what I was looking for and have it delivered on short notice. My date was confirmed in a time frame that worked, that day came and the product was not delivered. Since this was going to a business I unfortunately had to confirm with the recipient if the product was delivered. I was very disappointed to learn that as of 5pm, the end of the delivery window, that it had not been delivered. I sent an email to find out what happened, because you can't call if it's been less then 24 hours, to get an email back saying it would be investigated. I then received a second email saying the local florist that was being used had already closed for the day and I would have to wait until they could confirm what happened. So the following day I get another email stating my product would be delivered that day with a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience. Well the product arrived and had none of the flowers that were pictured on the website! I chose an item with sunflowers and lilies and many colors throughout, what was sent had carnations and daisies and wasn't nearly as full as the photo online. I'm really disappointed to have not only not been able to present my gift during the special event that was planned but also not even received what was ordered. Plus I had to spoil the surprise by asking if it was delivered. I will not ever use this site again.
All the fees should be displayed from the begining of the purchase process not at the end.

Beautiful bouquet selection. The flowers were in great condition when delivered. I was a bit disappointed that they did not use the large sunflowers shown in the photograph, but used the smaller ones instead. However, the bouquet was still beautiful and my overall experience was good. I will use the service again.

The website stated that orders placed prior to 3 PM would be delivered the same day. I received a call saying that they would not be able to deliver the same day, but would add a note to the order that the sender wanted it to be delivered the prior day, and it would be delivered the following day. I appreciated the call, but was disappointed that they weren't delivered the same day as promised. Overall, I am pleased with the flowers.
Didn't see a handling charge until checkout. The arrangement wasn't like I paid for.
