I wanted to send my niece a get well wish while she was in the hospital. She is not a flowers kind of girl but the available choices were great for something different. Upgraded one step up from the basic bear and get well balloon... Wow what a great deal! We were both pleasantly surprised! Huge fluffy bear will need its own bed! Added chocolates and with the ballon and bear it was purrfect for her.

I don't like the way pricing unfolds on the site. Everything's so add-on fee. What starts out as an inexpensive purchase, turns out to be nearly double the original cost.
Delivery truck DID NOT ring doorbell when flowers were delivered. Please be sure that's done in the future.
I was not very happy with the service I received. I paid for same day delivery and did not receive it but the florist didn't have the flowers for my order. Then I was promised the flowers would be delivered in the morning instead they were delivered at 4:45pm not very happy with the delivery at all. Oh an don't forget if you call customer service you will be waiting for about 35 minutes. I will never use this company again

Ordering was very easy, sorry that I couldn't have been delivered on Wed. It worked out great on Thur.
Flowers received did not look like flowers that were ordered. For example, Tulips were in the pictured arrangement. There was not one tulip in the received arrangement. The flowers I ordered came with a "Get Well Soon" balloon. Flowers received had a smiley face balloon instead.
I was guaranteed before noon, and that didn't happen. VERY disappointed.

Very dissatisfied. The arrangement wasn't even remotely what I had ordered. I'm a day sleeper and woke up to a missed call which I'm sure was the florist trying to tell me that they didn't have what I ordered in stock. The reason I ordered what I did was because I wanted the plants to be something they could take after the funeral to their home. For $125.00 they sent a very homely plant arrangement that was selling for around $60.00-$70.00 on other floral sites. The only color that was included were three little flowers that were hot pink. Mind you it was an older gentleman's funeral not a woman. The name of the arrangement was Eternal Love. I don't actually blame the website but I am livid at the florist. If they didn't have anything close they should have denied the order completely and I could have went with someone else. Kind of a scam on their part. Wont order from here again.
