Flowers were pretty, but did not closely resemble what was ordered.
Just a slight issue I paid for expedited shipping and they didn't deliver on time...called customer service and they refunded my fee and made sure the delivery was made ASAP! Thank you!

I'm glad that there was a coupon to waive the service fees; however, the price of the bouquet was still a bit steep. Overall though, I was happy with the outcome of the delivery, the actual look of the bouquet and my experience with fromyourflowers.com and will probably shop here again for flower delivery service.
Service was good and fast
Very upset. I paid extra money to insure the flowers arrived at my friends house before 12 it said they were guaranteed before 12 they did not come until 1:39 she was not home to receive the flowers her mother got them. So I paid extra money for nothing. It wasn't the experience I expected at all.

This was the worst bouquet I have received. The delivery time was awful, the arrangement was wilted and sloppy. This was the worst $50 spent, it was as if I had just threw money out the window or in the trash. I will never order from here again.

I called before the florists opened to change the delivery address, she confirmed the new address and that it was no problem, but the flowers were still sent to the first address. Frustrating but overall still a good experience
I order this particular gift basket because in the picture there were many dark chocolats, my girlfriend's preference. Instead of the picture's chocolate, they sent many other types not as good.
I don't understand why people have complained about this company. I received my flowers on time (same day delivery) for a gift for a friend. The flowers looks just like the picture. Unlike other companies I have used either the flowers were not delivered on time or did not look like the picture. The price was cheaper the all the other companies. I will continue to use this company, because I was very satisfied and so was the recipient.
The flowers were already dying before she got them out of the box. They had brown spots on all of them. This pretty much ruined my set up because buying colorful roses for someone that have already started dying takes from the visual effect of a surprise set up. Highly disappointed.

These flowers were ordered for a funeral. The description stated a "blue" vase. It had blue paper
In the clear glass vase and the paper was not even folded properly, showing it was ONLY blue paper!
