Paid for expedited shipping! Did not receive till After 12! Bouquet had 4 balloons...picture showed 9! For what I paid this was ridiculous!

I had ordered my arrangement before 8am, and paid the extra fee to have them delivered before noon. They didn't show up until after 4pm, and a few of the flowers were dying already and some of them were pretty brown. It was smaller than I expected, which is okay, but for the over all price of fifty dollars and some change, I was really disappointed in the end result.
Very dissatisfied. One rose wilted leaves droopy and only two small sprigs of baby's breath. Looked very skimpy. Nothing like the picture posted online. Ad stated 7 day freshness didn't even arrive looking fresh.
Previous order shipped from Wisconsin was extraordinary. I hope this will equal the quality.

The flowers I sent were a surprise gift to a parent's residence, so I was not going to be present when they arrived and was a bit nervous that they wouldn't get there in time. However, they did arrive within the promised time frame and look lovely! I appreciate the email correspondence from 'fromyouflowers' providing a tracking number for my order. It was a good experience and I would use them again!
I saw the flowers that I ordered. They were not anything like the picture that I spent so much time picking. I wanted bright neon- like colors and found that in the arrangement that I chose. Hot pink, purple, bright yellow etc. however, although I was contacted to let me know that the arrangement could not be the same, I at least expected it to be similar. The only thing the same was the glass vase and sunflowers. Nothing else and not bright colors. It had white, pale lavender, light blue and the yellow. It also did not appear as large or full as the arrangement that I ordered. This arrangement was for a 17 year old girl celebrating graduation and it looked like something for a wedding. The card text was also cut off even though it appeared correctly in the order so they were not sure who it was from. They attempted to contact me by email about the card but I was on an airplane and not reachable in time for the correction.
This is twice I've ordered same day flower order and both times the flowers arrive a day later. Shouldnt offer same day if that isnt an option.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
