I will be emailing customer service, because the bouquet I ordered and the bouquet my friend received looked NOTHING alike and was unacceptable. The bouquet online was gorgeous and worth the money paid, the final product was not worth the money and was nothing I would ever buy.

I have used You Flowers many times. It has been easy to use. There was an option offered to pay a little extra fee to have the flowers delivered before noon,,,so this time I did this,,trying to surprise my husband by getting him Father's day flowers delivered to his office. The flowers were not delivered until 4:00,,,barely got to him before leaving his office. BUT he was surprised!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
