Flowers were beautiful and well received. I didn't expect the extra $20 added at the end of my purchase for handling and tax so that made my order much more costly than I expected. I went through with it anyway since I loved the arrangement and I had spent nearly 2 hours combing through your website for the perfect flowers. I almost never order flowers so I didn't know what to expect regarding cost and quality. I ordered the premium flowers since I wanted them to look like the picture which cost extra. I appreciate the care instructions being sent to the recipient as well. It may help the flowers live longer.

Overall good experience. The 6pm delivery deadline was about an hour late and the flowers were left at the door instead of hand delivered. I don't even know if anyone was hoe to accept them so its not a big deal.

After the flowers were delivered by a local florist, I must say I would have done better if I had went to the local market and bought the flowers myself. They are being redelivered tomorrow, customer service was very helpful with the issue

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
