My phone died during the very last part and had to redo everything again and somehow the price was higher the second time! /: When the flowers arrived I got a picture of them sent to me and they did NOT look like the ones I ordered, AND I UPGRADED THEM TOO! Won't ever do that again!

You really need to make the discounts last longer so that we can actually use them. It does me no good to get a coupon right after I have placed an order and then it is not good for any time, so the next time I order I get no benefit.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
