Ordering was a breeze and my company discount was a plus! Overall the experience was great. I ordered the flowers before 9:00 a.m. and they were delivered before 6:00 p.m. the same day. I was not able to see the flowers that I ordered, therefore, I can't really say if I was pleased with the product.

I appreciated the timeliness of order delivery, however, I did not receive the arrangement I ordered because the flowers were out of season. In my opinion this should have been stated in the description of the arrangement. Since this was a gift, I have no idea what the flowers looked like or if they were replaced with an adequate substitute.

Well I didn't see the flowers as they were delivered to someone out of state so I cant actually say on quality of product. But I did pay for same day service YET they were not delivered until the NEXT day is my understanding. You website was very easy to navigate though and it was a easy transaction truly.
Not a lot of additional/tacked on charges. Shipping is quite a lot and the coupon was suppose to give me10 off my purchase and it did not. However, I have heard the flowers are always fresh and lovely and arrive when promised.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
