I should've paid the 4.99 for morning delivery.
I contacted the phone number on the website to ensure that the floral order would be prepared and delivered by our local Harmon's store (zip *******). The individual told me they had received the order and the City Creek Harmon's store would take care of the order. We tried to discuss the order with the City Creek Harmon's and they did not ever receive the order. It ended up that the order was sent to the West Valley Harmon's (zip *******). Very disappointed that the order did not go through the local down town Harmon's at City Creek.
Very nice flowers, delivered just outside the 4 hour window so not bad but not outstanding. Price was better than some other sites and site was relatively easy to navigate.

The basket arrived early but did not contain some items that were pictured. Overall - not a bad product - just was not what I was expecting. Lots of chips with short expiration dates - as in next week-but a good selection of chocolate and nuts - no sour candies at all.
Well my total went from going to be 25$ to 42$@ checkout. My flowers that I received look nothing at all like what I ordered. Very disappointed. Paid 43$ for some flowers for my significant other, and they were not the right ones.

The only negative I have is that I asked for Sunday delivery and was contacted by customer service that they could not do that. As the funeral service was at 11 am on Mon I worried that the flowers would not arrive in time. I was promised that they would get there. As they actually did make it there in time I guess that this comment is really more of a plus.
I'm an idiot for paying the $14.99 service fee - but I was in a hurry. The birthday balloons I ordered were $29.99, plus a same day fee of $2.99, and a $4.99 fee to expedite for a 1:00 PM delivery. $47 by the time all was said and done. Also because I was in a hurry, I called this service rather than a local florist with whom I could deal directly regarding my order. So, when 1:00 PM rolled around and my order wasn't yet delivered (surprise, surprise), I called fromyouflowers to check on the status. They couldn't get hold of the florist to confirm that my order had even been received. It's 2:11 and I have no idea what is going on with my order. I paid way too much, and now I sit at the mercy of this middleman service. Don't be an idiot like me, call a local florist and deal directly with them. Who knows if my birthday boy will ever get his balloons. Expensive ones.

The website itself was very easy to use. There was a wide variety of gifts and flowers to be sent that day which was nice. I chose the bamboo plant as a gift for someone. I took the risk that it may not look exactly like the photo but at least still nice. The bamboo was the complete opposite looking. The bamboo plant was tied at one part, looked as if it was breaking so they tied it together. A frog trinket was added to the plant which was not offered as an addition on the website. I just wish if the florist or whoever delivered the plant knew they didn't have any presentable bamboo plants that I would be contacted and offered another choice of plant or at least informed about the shape of the bamboo plant. Overall didn't think it was worth what I paid.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
