Although I 've ordered before and I get emails, I had to check in as a guest because neither my e-address nor password were in the system.

First they couldn't find the order then they said it hey wouldn't be able to deliver it anyway because it was to late in the day. Once the manager got on the phone he fixed the problem and got them delivered. But I don't believe the arrangement was the larg size that I ordered.
Always easy to order and recipients are happy with the arrangements. The latest arrangement was for a young lady who needed some thing to brighten her day. She was very happy with the flowers!
Handle charge plus same day was a little high but being my wifes birthday i went ahead and completed
The delivery price did not show up until the last page before the confirmation page. I would suggest putting that up front so people are not surprised.

My flowers were to be delivered to my girlfriend on Monday July 13th for our one year anniversary. I paid extra for same day delivery. I was contacted later that day by a representative stating that my delivery would not take place. She refunded me 20% of my purchase price as well as the $2.99 same day delivery fee and offered me a $20 gift card. In addition, she upgraded my delivery to a more premium arrangement. I do not know how she did this as the one I initially purchased was the premium arrangement.
Nonetheless, my girlfriend received the flowers the following day and while they were similar, they were not like the ones I hoped for when I initially placed my order. The best intentions were there however the execution was lacking. I really hoped for the flowers to reach my significant other on our special day. I was rather unsatisfied that they did not, and when they were, were not as I had ordered.
Was a little surprised how small the bouquet was. Got about $15-$20 worth of product for $60. But considering they delivered same day, I suppose that is to be expected. Very happy with speed of delivery. But when my sweetheart showed me a pic of the surprise, I felt pretty deflated about my grand gesture.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
