Flowers were bought for my sister-in-law in Louisiana. She was not home when they arrived at approx 4:30. I was concerned because of the heat and the flowers being left outside, but she said the flowers were gorgeous. I have ordered flowers several times and each time the recipent has been very happy with your product.

Addition to previous comments - although the flowers that were sent were still beautiful, they (once again) weren't what I ordered. My only concern here is that there are pictures to show you what you're sending and, although they're still nice, I choose an item based on what I know a person likes/dislikes and try to send something accordingly. For instance - I sent my boyfriend a plant for his birthday to his workplace - he sent me a text saying "Ummmm, thanks for the flowers?!?". I was really confused because I purposefully picked something as 'manly' as I could find to send. He finally said it was a plant, it just had flowers on it so, to him (and some of his employees), I'd sent him 'flowers' - and he wasn't thrilled.
Everything was fine except the card that was written was hardly legible. The writing was sloppy and two misspelled words. A little more time can make the gift great than rushing and making it worse.

I had ordered same day delivery. I got a call saying they couldn't locate a florist that was able to take care of it that day so it wasn't possible, but that they could do it the next day, in the morning even. I replied that I understood and was okay with that, but I'd like the $2.99 same day delivery fee refunded to me. The customer service rep replied that it was no problem to do that, but yet it's now six days later and that hasn't happened. Other than that, the flowers looked nice and I appreciated the service.
The flowers were for someone very close to me. I really wanted to get them to brighten their day, but I didn't have time to personally deliver them. I will admit the price was a bit of a shock (I've never purchased flowers to be delivered online before), however it was worth it because it brought a smile to their face.
The recipient of this gift was very satisfied with the quantity & quality! I'm sure I will be ordering from you again in the future (I ordered the regular, small gift basket and it was big according to the recipient!)
The service quite frankly was the worst I have ever experienced. I paid for before noon delivery as a gift for my daughter's 21st birthday at work and she was still waiting at the second location (home) 6 hours later... delaying her birthday plans. Horrible customer service. Nothing but excuses as to why. The florist told my daughter they didnt get "the call" until 2:30 pm when I called to find out where they were. Their resolution? Refunding $4.99! Never will I use this service again. In the end it was no bargain, the flowers were ok... but if it can't be there when promised, then what's the sense? The shipping cost as much as the flowers!

This is my first order with you. I cannot say whether I'd recommend you -- yet -- because I haven't seen the quality of the service you provide. The site works well, your prices are attractive and the selection you offer is the same as more expensive sites. I can't yet say I'd recommend to others or use again until I see the quality of the flowers delivered (I've chosen florist's choice) or how fast and considerate the delivery is. One thing I would like to comment on, however, is that there is no box provided for special notes -- like where to leave the flowers if no one is at home, or to place special requests -- for instance, I would have liked to add that my mother prefers pinks and pastels to primary colours, and to add that if possible, please add some fragrant flowers to add pleasure. I will be happy to comment further once I know how well your entire service is performed. Thank you! Hope this helps. Kind regards.
Update: My mother received the flowers I ordered (florists' choice) and they were the colours she loves and some fragrant flowers were included -- so perhaps you passed along my request (thank you). I will use your service again. Can you tell me which florist created the arrangement? I would be happy to recommend.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
