Easy and quick The bouquet that was received by my daughter-in-law was not the bouquet that I chose online I chose the pink lemonade with pink roses and pink and yellow Tigerlily All she received was white carnations and a couple pink roses and green ugly flowers very disappointing!
It was easy to do. Hope that the bouquet is lovely looking as it is the florist choice. Please no asian lillies as the odor of them is too overwhelming for the recipient.

Flowers were delivered when they should have been although they looked nothing like the photo online. I was very disappointed and called and spoke to a customer service rep. She is issuing me a partial credit for my trouble. This was a gift for a friend so I wanted it to be what I ordered!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
