Super easy and they called to see if the person I was sending them to was home because it was too hot outside to just leave them. That has never happened with ProFlowers or any other company before.

Florists failed to deliver on the scheduled day. Customer service refunded same day fees and upgraded bouquets. Would have preferred on time delivery, but was satisfied. Bouquets were beautiful.
For some reason my order didn't get delivered yesterday like they said it would. I even purchased a guarantee delivery within 4 hours of my purchase. I was not contacted about the delayed delivery. I was the one who had to contact from you flowers to see what was going on. I was told via email yesterday that I would get an upgrade and when the recipient sent me a picture of the flowers it did not look like an upgrade at all. I have placed an order with from you flowers several times and have had no complaints...however this experience was not excellent at all.

Fruit was not that fresh, grapes were dried up, Apple looked like it had a fingernail punture on it, basket that it was in was a cheap basket, not like it was pictured as. I am not happy with this order or your company. Will not buy from again, I feel I wasted a lot of money.
I just received a picture of the actual flowers that were delivered and am not at all happy. This bouquet looks nothing like what I understood was going to be delivered. Instead of receiving a nicely arranged floral piece it looks as though the flowers were just heaved into a vase. Extremely disappointed in your service.
