Flowers arrived sooner than I expected. The picture the recipient sent showed they were what I ordered. Some of the daises seemed a bit droopy. I hope they were as fresh as intended.

Very easy to use, flower arrangements looked very nice, wide variety too. The delivery time was later then I would have liked. I had wanted her to get the flowers in the morning to enjoy them all day. It was after 2pm when they arrived. I have used other florists and the product was delivered by 10am. I have yet to see the actual arrangement, my girlfriend and I work in separate locations and she was not able to send a picture to me. I hope they look as good as the advertised photo. Overall it was not a bad experience, it could have been better. More accuracy in expected delivery time, information about which florist was used, the person who signed for the flowers was NOT the person who was to receive them. Discretion is sometimes key when sending gifts.
The only problem that I have is with the delivery. No one let the person know that there was a gift on the porch. The delivery person should have rang the door bell or knocked. The flowers sat outside all day before they were noticed..

Products not worth what I paid for, but it was well recived
This was my first time using this service and I was very pleased. I will definitely use it again. I would like the price to be a little cheaper but my flowers were delivered within 2 hours of my order and they were gorgeous with a glass vase to keep.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
